The only saddle we have with All Purpose in the title is the HDR Advantage All Purpose Saddle, this does not have the interchangeable gullet.

The HDR Synergy is available in wool Flocked or foam both have the interchangeable gullet. Our foam saddle is listed as Close Contact however with the shap of the flap and seat this is more of an All Purpose saddle in my opinion.
