This blanket does not have a neck part, # 100288-1506+1507_72, it is a standard neck with no buckles or D rings to attach a neck piece.
Item # 100295-1506+1507_72 is the Combo neck. This is attached and Not Removable. Any of our blankets with a Combo neck are not removable, I find this sort of confusing because you would think it is a combination- to use one way or the other/with or without but it is just the opposite.
